Shipping Policies
We ship using UPS and USPS. (depending on delivery method/and or lowest shippind charges) Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed. Overnight and expedited orders will be given our highest attention and we will make every effort to meet your needs. Shipping charges and policies are subject to change without notice. Minimum shipping and handling for any parcel is $4.99. Free shipping offers are based on delivery to the lower 48 states.
Merchandise Returns
- Merchandise returns and exchanges are accepted up to 30 days after ship date.
- Return authorization is required prior to returning any product.
- Please email or call 714-630-6580 for return authorization.
- Returns for other than warranty issues will be subject to a 20 percent restocking charge.
- All returned merchandise must be in undamaged original packaging and in resellable condition.
- If damage occurs during shipping, please retain all packaging materials for a claim.
- If we made a mistake on your order, we will issue a call tag and email it to you for your return shipment.
- It is our goal to honor legitimate requests just like we would in our store.
